Our crispy and juicy pork cutlets are deep-fried to order and served in a "gozen" style. The "gozen" comes with a bowl of aromatic miso soup made with Sendai miso and rice made with Hitomebore rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture, which you can refill as you like.
